AM - 10 miles easy in wintry Moundsville WV - took about 5 miles before I was warm enough to run at a normal pace.  Very Christmas like outside with snow on the ground and crisp temps.

that's a big change in weather for you!

I read the Tyler Hamilton book over the weekend on your recommendation. Captivating story.

Merry christmas!

You're going to loan that book to me right Jake?

Just opened my Christmas card from the Jardine's. Thanks!

Thank you. Do it at work so you don't run down your own print cartridge. :)

Jake - yeah I was moving along at a snail's pace until I got warm enough. Pretty scenery for the season.

Glad you liked the book.

Rob - I try to get all of my books on Kindle. Can't share - sorry.

Have either of you read the Hanson's Marathon Method yet? It is Not yet in electronic format and I hate to order a physical book if it is not worthwhile.

Merry Christmas to you guys - hope Santa gives you an extra good training run this week.

Pretty soon the word "library" will disappear from the English language.

haven't read the hansen's book... i'm guessing it goes something like this: hammer every run and race sparingly :-)

Sage Canaday's book was a good look into their system.
