Good luck tomorrow Bret. Although I can't believe the 100 miles on the bike won't take a little of the spring out of your legs. Feeling OK?

Happy Thanksgiving.

Exactly Rob - was kinda dragging the last couple of days. Plus it is warm - so I think I will just do whatever my body gives to me tomorrow. 5k is at 7 am and the 10 is at 8:45 - so will cruise the 5 with Delaney and earn my pumpkin pie in the 10 if I am feeling good.

How was the blizzard?

Maybe you'll surprise yourself. Sometimes there is no logic behind a great race.

The "blizzard" was a real let down. Only about 4 inches of snow. Cold though.Fifteen outside right now. Remember my former runner, Jon Kotter? I sent along a newspaper article about him last year - 28:50 10k guy. We are going for a 15 miler tomorrow morning.
