Early AM - 8 x 800 at 2:55 w/ 90 second rest.  Did these with Richie at the park / lake in Carillon at 6 am.  4.0 miles of warm up and cool down.  Felt like I was working as hard as I could with this short rest.  Good confidence builder workout.  Richie ran part of a few with me, having gone to the Rays game last night, he was a bit groggy and perhaps still had a few drinks in him!

Eight miles is such a teeny tiny distance. This is not impressive to me at all. Why do you people who only manage pathetically paltry distances even bother to post on this blog?

Oh sure, for those who do their weekly mileage in one day! LOL

My goal is to get to 50 this week.

It's an absolutely beautiful day here today. It's killing me that I can't run. Sorry about the Rays.

Bret, I'm seeing some nice weather for running this weekend in Clearwater. High 50s in tha am according to weather.com

Looks like a good chance to get in a quality "off the treadmill" workout hey?

Yeah - I am looking forward to some fall like weather to run this weekend. Will do my last long run off the treadmill!
