Noon - So I had some poor time management issues this morning (had to take Delaney to soccer training and then had to watch all of the TDF prologue ...Fabian "Spartacus" Cancellara was a beast..) and then realized that my evening was going to be spent a soccer game with our local team the Tampa Bay Rowdies - as my girls bought tickets for the game as a Father's Day gift a couple weeks ago.  As a result I had to put in a few extra miles in the midday heat.  A solid 20 miles which consisted of multiple loops of various distances close to my neighborhood, so that I could run by my house and grab water to keep from dehydrating.  I did loops of 6 miles, then 2 miles, then 4 miles then 2, then 1, then 2, then 3 to finish up.  Changed shoes a little over half way when the first pair got soggy.  Temps in the low 90's but I found some shady stretches and wore a hat.  I think I just felt a little mental fatigue in the last mile or so.

Way to get in the 100.

I saw the latest Lance news. If they keep at it they might be able to void the wins of every Tour winner in history. Jan Ulrich could end up with several tour wins by the time he's fifty if he gets a few of Lance's.

Top man, Bret. That long run in the heat must have taken some doing. You can relax now and enjoy the footie with that warm feeling of satisfaction that comes with another century.

Bumping from yesterday on your goals - I read your race reports and you've been knocking on that 3hr door for some time. I think it's going to open wide for you this autumn/fall.

I didn't find any money when I was out tonight, but I'll keep looking. Ice cream/beer are off the menu for me - maybe a selection of fruit; how sad I've become:(

Thanks Rob - I still cannot figure out how one can be charged with doping without any positive drug tests. Will it all be based upon witness testimony? Seems a bit shakey. But he doesn't impress me as a nice guy - so perhaps they have a bit more than they are revealing at this point against ole Lance and he will get his due.

Bam - thanks - your prodding this week pushed me through the century mark yet again. Appreciate the encouragement.
