Good session today on the treadmill - 8 x 800 with a 400 meter rest.  2:53, 2:56, 2:56, 2:54, 2:52, 2:49, 2:49, 2:47.  Was supposed to do these at 10k pace, but this is the Yasso's workout that I have done in the past and just wanted to see where I was, so I went faster than 10k pace.  Felt a bit tested, but solid and strong.

I was just looking back at some of your workouts over the past couple weeks. You've gotta be feeling pretty good about London - some good sessions in the 10K-HM pace range, and that longer run over the weekend. Seems like you should be hitting good form just in time.

Yep, what Jake said is bang on. And you haven't killed yourself with mileage.

Then take back what I said. If you aren't killing yourself with mileage, then you aren't training effectively! :-)

Thanks guys -- I really have been hitting these workouts with very good success as of late and building confidence as a result.

Got my official London number and form yesterday. It just got real.
