AM -  In Indianapolis for business today - got in late, so woke up a little later than I had wanted to.  Snow and high 20's outside found me deciding to stay indoors.  MP workout.  3 mile warm up then 6 miles at MP and then a 1 mile cool down.  Would have liked to get another couple of MP miles in, but no time to make it fit before meetings/calls.  Felt ok on the whole.

You have a hectic work schedule. I don't know how you manage to fit in your training with all the travel. You must be one tired old fella:)

I am indeed a tired old fella. But I love to run.

I'm feeling a bit slighted. You were in Indianapolis and didn't come to see me and Joebell was at Purdue and HE didn't come to see me. Too bad your trip wasn't a few days later; that awful white stuff (pretty as it can sometimes be) will be gone by Monday, my northeasterner's radar tells me.

Jason - no slight intended! Was only in town for less than 24 hours - (enough cold for me...). Will wave to you next time in the general direction your city. :)

I will take a wave as sufficient :) As much as I have been flying in the last two+ years it still amazes me how we just go here and go there for this or that and how quickly we move about the country or the world.
