My first four miles! My side started to hurt and was a real work out, but felt awesome after.
First timed mile was 11:14
Second timed mile was 9:42
Ran the fire house run and noticed hills are getting a little easier. After practice did striders, felt a little sick.
Ran at the Rec Center. I felt like it was harder on the track than on the road. Blah.
Couldn't find the meeting place! So I ran to Fossil Ridge and back. Really lazy today.
Ran in Panguitch passed the dump. Oh yeah. I'm not sure how far, but my left leg is starting to really hurt, even when I do stretch after every run.
