During warm ups I stepped on some kind of thorn, but the pain didn't just hurt where the thorn was it was my whole foot to the point where I could hardly move my foot to walk. So I sat out for practice today and I was able to move it better. When I got home I found that the whole part had swelled even more. Dang, today was just not my day.

I wonder if there is something you can put on it to help take down the swelling.

Doesn't sound like practice was very fun. Hopefully it gets good soon so you can come back next week!
