I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.
Alter G @ 80% BW. Jogged 5 min, walk 5 min, jogged 5 min, walked 5 min.
Much better than the same run on Friday.
45 min on the stationary bike afterward.
First test run out doors. Did 5 min walk, 15 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog.
Right hip/femur pain was 2 or less during the run but it feels awkward to run still. Hoping for no pain tomorrow.
