Jogged about a mile warm-up. I wanted to use this race as a starting point so I could see where I was. It was 4 miles and I ran in my trainers. There weren't too many people in the race and it was rolling hills throughout the whole thing. It took me 28:38 so 7:10 pace. I felt good. After the race I did 1.5 miles of cooldown. Then when I got back to the house I did 2 miles with paul. |
