I went for 6.5 miles. I felt really sluggish again today. My pace ended up being 9:45 which was actually faster than what I thought I was going so that was good. I went from my house up to wasatch around to Porcupine grill and back through old mill. I had to add some laps around the parks to make it long enough. I got my miles for the week, so I'll be able to use tomorrow as a cross train day. After my run I did toe taps, calf raises, lunges, push-ups, and sit-ups. |
