AM: (10 miles, 1:26:36). My usual 8 plus adding on 10 x :30 pickups on a dirt road with 1` recovery. PM: (easy 4). Still swamped at work, I promise I will have more interesting things to say as soon as this deadline is over (well, depending on how class goes, the class is booked and there 5 more on the waitlist for the class). The one thing that I can share is the lastest from the Kiwi Kim Smith - she absolutely rocks. She was 3rd overall in a super fast 5K (she ran 14:59, this weekend. The winning man ran a 14:54 and is a 2:16 marathoner. Great read about the race can be found here. I can't wait until she and Shalane Flannagan meet again - their duals in college were amazing. Happy trails bloggers!
