AM: (1:11:32, 8 miles). As I started the run today I felt plain ole 'tired' -- not really sore, just whole body tired. I thought I was going to have to only run one run today, and maybe cut my run this morning short. But, funny enough, by about 25 mins into it I realized I felt much better! It was slow, but I think I am going to be recovered enough for my workout tomorrow! yippee. PM: (~4 miles). Plain for the day is to finish unpacking -- the moving company is supposed to come and take all the empty boxes away this week ... |
