AM: (10.5 miles, 1:28:34). 29:13wu/27:10cd + 6 x 800 w/400 recovery. 3:22, 3:18, 3:19, 3:20, 3:19, 3:18 (recovery 2:17-2:28). Interesting. I did not feel like I was bringing my A-game to this workout today. I wasn't sure why, but all the way to the track I just felt ... off. The good news was once I got going it didn't feel all that bad, and once I hit the 4th one, I knew the workout was in the bag. Happy that it averaged a second faster than last time (3:19 average ... 6:38 pace whoohoo). PM: easy 4. Another busy day ... so tired these days, I really really really need a break. I am so looking forward to May -- end of classes, big grant submitted, and ... well it will be too hot, but still.
