5K: 21:26 (2005)

4 mile: 28:10 (2005)

10K: 43:33 (2010)

10 mile: 1:13:35 (2009) (1:12:15 split in 1/2 marathon, 2011)

1/2 marathon: 1:34:31 (2011)

marathon: 3:19:15 (2013)

Short-Term Running Goals:

3:20 marathon - Eugene Marathon, April 28, 2013 (can I say I really want a sub 3:20? but I will be happy with 3:20-3:23) -- whoohoo!

Some good intermediate races 15K - 1/2 marathon, to gauge my fitness level (done this, hit a 1:34:35 1/2 marathon in March 2013, on a hilly course)

Going after my 10 mile PR in Fall 2013

Maybe some good 10K races after the infernal Arizona summer is over!

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be one of those runners who is still running in their 80s (or 90s?).  You know the ones, who look all grisley and fit?  That is what I would like!  Until then, I just want to work hard and be as fast as I can, for as long as I can.

AM: (9.5 miles, 1:17:50).  Thirds progression run - 28 mins easy then 25` medium-easy and 25` medium-hard ... the last "third" was much harder because it was uphill into a serious headwind.   Sleety-snowy mess -- not the nice puffy snow, but cold, hard, wet, pellet snow.  I was freezing the first 2 miles but then was ok the rest of the way ... glad it is done, but I needed a very hot shower.

PM: 4 miles easy.

Yesterday was my last of  my "errands" to get my "stuff" -- I spent 4.5 hours yesterday at OfficeMax trying to get some of my data off of a old broken hard drive so I can start all over from 3 months ago with respect to 2 of my papers ... I also "replaced" my phone - actually I got a newer model of the phone I  used to have and then Dean and I switched phones, he wanted a lower profile phone to put in his pocket and I like the full keyboard he had on his.  Now I need to spend the next four days working like crazy as the deadlines have not moved just the amount of time I have to finish and REDO stuff has.

Have a happy day bloggers!!

did you contact the craigslist guy about your phone? i would totally try to buy it back; no cops involved... then make a citizen’s arrest!

I called him, I am pretty sure it is either my phone or someone else's stolen one (he did not have the AC charger, but had the USB cord -- which is what was in my bag). I think I scared him -- because I told him I wouldn't buy a phone from someone without the box and/or accessories because I had had my phone stolen and wouldn't want to buy anyone else's stolen phone. He has not listed it again since I called, and he was listing it every day since Christmas ... there are just so few of these phones out there I just know it was mine.

But, it scared me, and I just figured I would let it go and move on ... his judgement will come, and it won't be by me.
