Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran to the top of 500 and then ran on to the dirt road a took some ATV trails down to the canal road and then back home. Big fan of this route. I ran with my shirt off and definitely got sunburned a bit on my back.
