Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Easy run with some strides. It wasn't quite as hot today, low 80s. I felt better than I have the past few runs. Also walked about 4 miles over a few walks with Whitney and Becca. Whitney is getting quicker, I have to accelerate beyond my typical walking pace to keep up with her when she really gets going.
8x400m at 5k pace with a minute jog between in preparation for the 5k next week. Felt easy, like I could have done 20 or more reps- but also didn't feel quite as smooth as I'd like, I had a bit of shortness of breath. Averaged 83-84. Also ran a couple 200ms and a couple strides.
