Did 7 strides building up to a sprint. Wasn't feeling 100% today, had some rough shortness of breath. I think I should do sprints more often, that will probably help a lot with my top end speed. Baby should be arriving in just about 2 weeks, so that's really exciting. Still need to build some furniture but the only main outstanding projects we have on the house are the counter/island and the stairs and we've got plans for both of those. I'm also getting towards the end of the interview process for a couple of remote jobs... so that will be pretty awesome if one of those works out. I think I'll just start making 6-7pm my running hour each day. I've need to get out and do a few miles per day more consistently. Especially in the beginning of having a baby I think I'll probably keep runs shorter- but I'll just kind of see what fits into my new life as a dad. |
