Workout plan for the week: Sunday: 4-5 miles Monday: 3 miles Tuesday: 1600m, distance run to get up to 10 miles Wednesday:10-15 mile long run Thursday: 6 miles Friday: 3200m race with a long run to get a 10 miles Saturday: 10-16 mile run About to go on a run, tomorrow will be in a car for 12+ hours, so its a good idea to do premeet. Should be a 60 mile week. Didn't feel super good today, a lot of heartburn and kind of sick. But I got out for a run. Tired. |
