We warmed up with the sprinters, its actually a full mile overall now which is cool. Then we had a meeting about running and things we can do to get the most out of the sport, it was a good one! I ran the 4 miles after school with Zach, Jacob, Cubby, Davis, and Ashton, we did the upper best buy loop and then some laps on the track, it was a good feeling run and I had a good time. I think I will do a little bit of core today as well once I finish my homework. This season is going very well, I can't wait to run some races!
