Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

We just ran the gully today, no race. Cubby, Davis, Ashton, and I ran it in 48 minutes and it was pretty easy. After we ran the gully, some of the new kids who we sent to do the bridge and back weren't back yet so we waited a little and then went searching for them, some people went to the lower gully, some went to the top train and I went from the parking lot to the road after the bridge and got picked up by Davis. So that was an extra 2.5 or so but I stopped a few times to look around because the girls said they saw him in the bushes or something when they were running. I ran that pretty slow too. I will do another 3 or 4 miles tonight. Tomorrow we have our first speed workout of the summer at cottonwood complex, that will be good.

I won't be home until this afternoon so you guys will be on your own again.

Have EVERYBODY jog the region course plus some fast striders and drills. Include six hart hill sprints at max effort over at the picnic shelter plus push-ups and sit-ups.
