Warmed up from Jakes house up to the canal road and then did a 3 mile tempo at a little over 5:30 pace. After that we ran up to the track and did some 200s but I was running like 5:40 pace and then speeding up to maybe like mile race pace for them, my legs are very sore. Generally felt awful today, my legs are in need of a break... we'll see if they get it. At least tomorrow will be easy or off. Set of tennis with Adam later. I'm going to start logging tennis as running 1.5 miles, I run quite a bit when I play- I'd say 1.5 is pretty conservative for the actual amount of running I do and even more so when you consider the total cross training benefit. |
