Same run as yesterday except today was pouring rain, it started out a light shower but soon turned into a hard rain and I came home drenched. I felt really good today, despite the cold and wet, I've learned to tune it out and enjoy the run. I stopped at the rec center for 2 miles and ran at 7:30 pace, then 7:19 and for the last half mile I sped up to 6:00 and worked it up to 5:24, it felt good, easy, I didn't have a problem with it at all. I also did core right before the run, I liked the feeling while I was running because it was like I was already warmed up but my legs were totally fresh. More later.

later- 4 miles around neighborhood and library. I dropped something on my toe at work so that hurt. Should be a good week of training. 2 months until the first meet.
