Ran to the gully and did a good hill workout, something in between .15 and .2 long, we did 7 of them, I felt good about my effort and alright about how my body was holding up. I started cramping up after the workout at the beginning of the 40 minute run just a bit but I don't mind as long as its afterwards, and I was able to do the 40 minutes just fine although pretty tired, but that's the point of the workout so I felt good about it! I think im starting to feel a little better than I have been the past few weeks, hopefully that will continue. |
