Ran at the park, my ankle is kind of hurting now which is bad, but its lower like the upper heel bone where it connects to the Achilles. Whatever, I iced the crap out of it when I got home. I've been averaging mid 6 minute range on my runs which has been good, trying to be ready to train with the guys. I've been make sure I do easy runs too. My goal for this week is 40+ miles, so either 7 days of about 6 miles per day or 6 days of about 7 miles per day. Hopefully 7 days of 7-8 miles a day, that would be best case scenario. Need to hot tub more but the rec center has been really letting me down with never being open lately. |
