Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

My throat is still sore, but my lungs are feeling stronger. I ran the gully longer run, I didn't feel great but I feel a lot better afterwards. Hopefully I will be able to run sub 2:00 this week.
