Meet was lots of fun, times weren't too good, 2:09 for 800m and 4:50 for the mile. To be fair I haven't done any speed workouts, I did one on Tuesday but it was slower than I've done anything.. Ever hahaha, and we only had 30 mins between the two, for the 800m I ran the first lap in 63 and had already been gapped pretty well by Brady and Brian so I eased up for the last 300m or so. Then on the mile I led for most of it until the last lap Brian passed me, I tried to make a move to pass him but didn't quite get it and let off again for the last 200m, 77 seconds for the last lap was pretty bad haha. But in comparison to how my lungs have been holding up for me recently, the mock meet was great! I took 3rd 2nd and 3rd and tied Brady for 2nd place at the meet overall :p. Then we went to Olive Garden, so yesterday was lots of fun, I love hanging out with my teammates!
