2015 Alta Track Athlete of the Year
Short-Term Running Goals:
Stay healthy and and build mileage
Get faster
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running
Run the Boston Marathon at least once
Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
I ran a nice, decent workout somewhere around 7 minute pace. It felt good, I am excited for the Cottonwood heights thanksgiving 5k tomorrow. My goal is to run in the top 5, but it all depends on who shows up. It will be fun!

Happy Thanksgiving Blake. Have fun "earning your turkey" at the race tomorrow.

I saw. Solid time too. When are you going to post a race report?

I wrote one. I filled out a questionnaire for BYU Hawaii, it feels like I am a little bit below there standards. I did come pretty close to one of their best runners today though. But if I do good in 2014 maybe I will be good enough.

You still have two seasons of track and one of cross country ahead of you though!
