I ran the Salt Lake Track Club 5k with Murphy and Andy. I ran 17:51, good for training. I dont know what place I took, I started out in the top 10, got passed by some people and, the last one who passed me I gathered enough of a kick to get passed him again. It was pretty fun, and they had good food! I just need to do what Murphy said, I can't be in good race shape 12 months out of the year, and I shouldn't force it like I've been doing. I just need to keep running and do good mileage and train well and I will be ok. I'm going to do 4/5 miles bow, I was thinking of doing them tonight but I'm feeling like doing them now, and maybe I will do more tonight, not sure. I did 5.7, I felt really good. I feel good now, I've given myself some really good exercise this weekend. |
