I got sick a few weeks ago and my lungs have still been recovering, the track workouts I've done haven't gone well because of that. I'm finally starting to feel better. Did 7.5 today, did about 8-11 each day this week and biked 45 minutes 3 days. Tomorrow I'm running a mock meet with Brian, sage, and Brady. We are going to race the 800m, then mile, then 60m-400m. We haven't decided yet on the last one haha. But we are going down to St George to do it at sages high school. We are all wearing our high school stuff so it's pretty cool. 800m I just want to go under 2:05 cause it's been almost a month since Ive done much speed. For the mile I want to run faster than I did a byu, which would be really good. Then for the last one, it's really just a joke so whatever is good as long as I'm not last haha. Hopefully I'll represent Alta well!
