First run that my ankle hasn't hurt in a long time, finally I can start running again, hopefully. We'll see if it feels good again tomorrow. My Achilles/calf is still feeling tight in the mornings but today's run was good. Its been a very long and annoying injury that won't seem to go away. But if I'm able to come back now I can put together a really good summer of training before my first real college season.

I made the deans list this past semester which was a really big goal. So despite not getting to run life has been good! My goal is to be up to 2-3 miles by the end of the week, 4-5 miles next week, then jump to 6-8 the week after, if I could be at 10 miles by June 1st that would be awesome but we'll see how things go. If this summer goes perfectly I will get at least one 7 day 100 mile week and be running 13-15 miles per day by the end.
