Fastrunningblog finally became iPod friendly! I need to start getting better at blogging my runs again, or just be less busy. I did a 20 minute bike ride Saturday night and Sunday I was stuck in Provo and unable to get in a run. But today I went out for a nice 8 mile run, plan on 54-60 miles this week. I am doing 8 tomorrow morning and hopefully 4 in the night after work, maybe just 2 or 3. The first 2 miles today were tough and the rest felt pretty good. I was helping out in my grandmas yard for the first half of the day, and on a date for the 2nd half, great girl (distance runner) we had dinner and saw the 2nd how to train your dragon movie, I liked it!
