Another 60 minute bike, a little longer than last time so it was faster. I know I'm getting a workout because I'm drenched in sweat after these and my legs are really heavy, good workout. I think I will run tomorrow, pain was minimal today, it only hurt once very much. I think it will be good to go tomorrow. I guess even though its been frustrating, its given me an opportunity to do tardy school. But its really frustrating to see people training while you aren't. |
