2 easy miles to keep keep warm for the gully time trial tomorrow, but I didn't want to do too much. I'm taking my first crack at sub 40:00 in the gully long run. I don't know what to expect but I will bring some sunglasses and a watch and run my best!

Hey Blake. I'm stuck in Nebraska and won't be able to make it to practice Monday or Tuesday. I need some senior leadership!!!

Spent some time introducing everybody, including the girls. Just do the gully longer run with the varsity/experienced guys. Kramer will be there to do a workout with the new guys ok?

Call me if you want.

Sorry Coach, I didn't see this until now, sorry you're stuck in Nebraska! Practice went well, everyone had fun. Are we still practicing at cottonwood tomorrow with Kramer giving us a workout?
