Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

10 miles with Jake including a 4x 4 on 3 off, 4x 2 on 2 off.

Paces for the 4 minutes were: 5:49, 5:36, 5:21, 5:27.

Paces for the 2 minutes were: 5:26, 5:23, 5:32, 5:49. That last 2 minutes that we did at 5:49 pace was all uphill and easily the hardest effort but felt really good.

After the run I drove up north and played 80 minutes of tennis with Adam, I'm counting that as 2 miles but it definitely felt more like 5-6 in terms of energy spent.

After all that I stopped by starbucks and got my free venti pumpkin spice latte breve... only day of the year I'll willingly go to Starbucks. It's a little scary I'm officially to my last year before 30, but this was a perfect start to the first day of 29.
