I felt good the day of the race but the day after I felt maybe the most sore I ever have, and my ankle felt wrecked. I twisted and rolled it a few times a little funny but nothing too severe during the race, and I also whacked it really hard on a post while rolling over during the barbed wire crawl. But it felt terrible on Sunday, felt better and better the last couple days. Finally decided to test it out today, it still feels pretty sore but pretty stable. |
