Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Warm up and the lower loop with a couple laps on the track, then 6 striders. Weather could be a factor so mostly tomorrow I'm just concentrating on qualifying for state and scoring 8 points.

You are racing the clock tomorrow. Just make sure you hit your times for each lap and you will be okay.
