Ran the mile, just won the mile, I wasn't feeling it at all. Then I ran a 200m in the sprint medley and then Murphy had me run the 3200m in 11:00 minutes, I absolutely hate not giving my all in races. Now everyone on the team thinks I'm slow. Hopefully that's the last time I have to do that.

Glad to hear that you won the mile. What was your time?

To tell you the truth, I am really glad that Coach Murphy had you do the 3200 m at a relaxed pace. That way you should be 100% for Saturday. If you didn't have the big and important race on Saturday, I am sure he would have let you give it your all in the 3200 m. I am sure that the other members on the team know that you are not slow.

Good luck on Saturday.

Dude, don't worry so much about it. If what mattered most is what your teammates thought of you during the preseason, then you should be ticked.Just let it be motivation to roll a sub 10 and blow away all the haters when the time comes
