Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

.75 for the warm up and stride lap at the beginning. We ran the gully long run easy, like 8 minute pace or so. it was a really nice run. Some guys really need to stop complaining. It was a good feeling 9.25 mile run. Tomorrow is going to be fun!

Thank you! That would be a dream come true to be the captain of such a great program senior year, I will work my hardest but we've got some fast guys!
