| Good run with J. Buenning, knee started to hurt a little at the end. Also, tried out the sunglasses for the first time, loved them!!

| I tried keeping a quicker pace on this run to see how a higher intensity affects my knee. Also I wanted to have a better workout with still lower mileage. The results were good, I averaged a 6:25 pace, and my knee didn't feel any worse. A couple moments where it felt kinda tight, but nothing to crazy

| Busy day, didn't get a run in, but did go to the greatest Jazz game, perhaps just game in general, of my life with Mark. So much fun!!!

| Great trail run today along the bonneville shoreline trail. It was so much fun, and it felt good to get my lungs burning on the uphills and that sort of stuff. Knee felt fine, mostly. I just want to ease my way into higher mileage, instead of going to fast and risking injury
