Consistently run 4-6 miles 3+ times per week.
I walked 3 miles.
I walked 2 miles to ISU and back.
Sleep: 5:30 am to 12:00 pm
I ran 2 miles on the ISU treadmill. My lungs and heart felt fine, but my legs felt weak and there was a minor "strain" feeling down my left shin and ankle. Probably due to not running in 5-6+ weeks.
Sleep: 4:30 - 11:30
