8 this morning fromy house to the Jordan river trail, 7:35 AP wish it could have been faster but my Achilles felt like a fruit roll up lol.

Went to Moab with the fam and hiked delicate arch today, which was lit

Ran 2 miles tonight in moab to get 10 for the day. Everything hurts, hopefully things get better.
