Sun was shining.

Gorgeous day like yesterday when I drove to VP and got to see S&S.  Today all I had to do was garden, but I couldn't get moving.  Perhaps it was hormones, pressure front or even fall depression that hit.

Docs had said before that I need to relax and exercise.  Except my excercising to lose weight before my son got married, I never felt coordinated enough and was always afraid of falling.  Which led to my previous walking before running attempts which stopped after bad weather and very minor falls.

Had to get moving to start feeling better.  Kept going for more than 2 hours (store, township, store, library, store, diner) trying to feel like myself again.  I got wore out and had to lay down when I got home.

I had gone through lunch after having skipped most of breakfast.  DUMB. Thought I was going to die, although no real pain, just some chest tenderness I felt .  Husband called to see how I was doing and reminded me to hydrate and eat.  It helped some.

Still needed a good night's sleep to feel myself again.

Hydration is good. Steve usually knows what he is talking about. Welcome back.
