Ran some easy miles today. First run in 8 days, was a little nervous because of the ITBS but I managed today. Run felt really good for about 28 minutes. Then the last 2 minutes the IT band started to flare a little.

So anyway cut my run, and called it a day. Back to icing and massaging. Going to try to hit up a run with Ken And Riley tomorrow. We will see how that goes.

Running after swimming. felt really good for about 4 miles and then the ITB flared and I am back to square one again!

Walked in the last mile, and was pretty sore the rest of the day. Back to icing and massaging for another week!
