Hey Ben! I felt the exact same way a week before Ogden and just took it easy and felt so good at the race. Just take it easy you will be good to go. Sicknesses suck so bad. I love that my little boys bring them home from daycare to me. Its so nice of them. haha.

Are you running in the Utah Valley Marathon this week? If yes, it would be great if we could trade leads every half mile or so for as long as both of us feel it is beneficial.

@sasha- I am signed up, but as of right now I am not planning on running. Been dealing with the sickness since Thursday night las week and my energy levels are shot after my run. So unless things change I won't be there unfortunately.
