Easy run with Riley on the Striders 10 mile course. Good solid run and good to have some company for its not the easiest course to run alone. Pace was roughly 7 min/pace.

Should be able to get a double in tonight.

Oh and by the way, 1 week of school down, 14 more to go until graduation!

Its about Dang time!

Then you can move to STG right? Looking forward to seeing you next week. You'll be coming down for the win.

Clyde- I have already sort of begun looking down there with Intermountain for a supervisor job. If anything opens up I am on my way. Problem is that I have to finish my degree in class not online and its tough to work with.

Also Win hopefully?!? There is a solid group this year. Correct me if I am wrong but this is a stacked race. You, Dave, Logan, Bryant, Steve Shepherd, Dave Olsen, Matt Poulson, Mike Nelson, Scott Keate, Zack James. Maybe Fritz???? Should be fun though, I am ready to hurt!

Shiz... I'll have to work like a dawg to be top 10 with that list. Oh well. A quality race and effort is more desired than placing. Should be fun. See ya down here.
