Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to accomplish my short term goals first... Once I do that, I will have an idea of what to expect long term... 44 yrs old now and since I've been injured free for 1 month I am jumping back on marathon training. Any recommendations for a good marathon in December 2021? What is your recommendation?

Personal:

Don't knock it until you try it.

Good luck in Green Bay, hope the weather is ok. Does this mean you are not running LA?

BTW, I will try to keep my marathon on March 7 in Baltimore anywhere close to yours as far as finishing time!

I always have more trouble if I remove my callouses- they seem to protect my feet and don't bug me.

From Benny's on Tue, Feb 23, 2010 at 22:41:51 from 24.174.249.108

true jon...but some of my callouses are hard and when i step it hurts... so removing them is my only option to feel at ease
