Day #111: 5 miles; quick workout before Sandy gets here. Did warm up, then a Pyramid: 1 min each at 4,5,6%, 3 mins easy, 1 min each 5,6,7%, 3 mins easy, 1 min each 6,7,8%, 3 mins easy, 1 min each 7,6,5%, 3 mins easy, 1 min each 6,5,4%, 3 mins easy, cool down.
