Easy miles with Spencer on the Murdock trail. He headed back at about 2.5 and I continued on to 400 E. Decided I wanted some new scenery so I ran back thru the streets of Orem back to work. Felt good after two days off.

From home to PRT thru draper park back on the PRT almost over to the bridge by 1300 E. and back. I was very happy to have the drinking fountain at draper park today. Little bit of a headwind on the way out but I knew I'd benefit from it on the way back. I was feeling good until about 13.5 then I started to break down. My last mile was 8:51 pace. Came home and did a nice ice bath.

Out n back from work up provo canyon with Spencer...He pushes me!! Very pretty day out there with the fresh snow in the mountains. Little chilly when the wind picked up. As Spencer says "you're dressed like santa claus"... so I was prepared.
