Was planning on doing some hill sprints today, but I was still quite sore from yesterday, so I decided to do an easy day. 10 easy miles.

*Thoughts on this week: I have tried to put more emphasis on total recovery between hard days, and this week I have seen that it has made a difference. When running 5000m for time yesterday, I noticed that before my legs, lungs or anywhere else became tired, I started getting a burning in the stomach, which to me indicates that my core is weak. I think I need to start more training to strengthen my core.
